Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems – Our Core Business

• Our core business is wire harness manufacturing for the Aerospace & Defence Industries. Wire routing with Catia V5 had been added when entering the A 380 program and intensified for the A 350 program. The mastered intricacy reaches from simple 1:1-Cables (bonding wires, extension cables) to designing, manufacturing and testing of complex wiring systems, i.e. for satellites with up to 16.000 contact points.

Passenger Convenience Solutions

• In 2005 E.I.S. Electronics developed StarLight, filed patents and started production. In order to market the system within the Aviation Industry we obtained the EASA part-21G and part-145 certifications in 2006. In 2013 we added the components for Waste Water Systems (Controller, IR- Sensor, Shower Transfer Unit, Actuators). StarLight and Waste Water Components are frequently sold to OEMs and in particular to Completion Centers world-wide and installed in a broad variety of VVIP aircraft from Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Dassault and Gulfstream.

Lease Manpower

• Urgent customer projects and prototype development often require support by qualified experts. We at E.I.S. Electronics are licensed to lease temporary manpower. Our „Pioneer Projects Team“ consists of Design Engineers, Manufacturing Experts, Integration Staff and Quality Assurance Engineers that are deployed worldwide. First come first served – planning lead-time is appreciated!
